Extreme budget monk builds?

Hello everyone. I’m looking for a decent map clearing build for monk. I just finished the acts with a pillar of the caged god and HoWA stay stacking build. However I do not have astramentis or ingenuity and feel like this build will fall off soon without it. I have minimal resistances as well which makes mapping very difficult. I’m just wondering if there are any decent mapping builds I could make with a roughly 3 divine budget keeping in mind I do have HoWA?

I like the double herald set ups and the flicker strike setups but don’t know if I could do that with only 3 divines
