Anyone providing build feedback?

Im in tier 12 maps, not necessarily having a hard time but I guess Im just envious of the 100k DPS people. I was wondering if any experienced homie could give me feedback on which gear to improve/what enchantments to prioritize and look for to improve my build. as well as my passive tree.
