Got suspended from being able to monetize (811subs)

Hi everyone so basically I got suspended from monetization and can't even see the status bar that shows how close you are to being able to fully monetize on youtube.

I got a community guidline strike and was told I would be barred from monetization ability for 3 months. Now that 3 months have passed I am still barred and have no clue how to contact youtube. It seems that there isn't a way to talk to youtube.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.
