No leaving with food on break?

Hi just wanted to see if other locations enforced the rule where workers cant leave and eat on break in our cars (panda food) . New AM said if she saw it happen she was going to make up pay for the meal since it was “stealing” for leaving. Idk. Last manager didn’t care let us leave on our 30min. Just wondering if it’s like this everywhere.
