earning money at 21

2nd year med student here. i have a month of winter vacation on my hand and not much to do. i have been on the look out for making some money. any ideas?

i was keen on investing some in crypto via binance but it sounds v much like a weird fraud-y cult-y pyramid scheme to me now. wifi connection is terrible (and cannot be inproved where i live currently) so i wont get any tuition gigs.

i have accounts on fiverr and upwork but damn nothing. i know my way around canva, i can teach decent, i can manage social media really well (i run a public instagram account with a few hundred followers)

i see people either just being rich (and randomly buying cars at 21??) or making the money themselves and buying one. i want to get stuff for myself. a decent tablet, some funds for the foreign exams i want to take so that i contribute some sum to the amount too.

any genuine ideas are welcome. otherwise ill just rot in bed and watch arcane i guess
