Do you feel when one is coming?

Most of my PVCs/PACs occur without any warning. Sometimes though I feel what I can best describe as a squeezing sensation in my chest around the area of the heart for a second or two. This is always followed by the PVC/PAC itself and cessation of the sensation afterwards. On rare occasions the sensation continues after the first PVC/PAC and this is when I would have multiple PVC/PAC in a row (until the squeezing sensation goes away).
