Am I going insane?

Right this is total tin foil hat stuff and I know I am almost certainly just getting unlucky, but since updating my game last night I cannot for the life of me draw the cards I need. I've been using a weezing/dragonite deck with 2 sets of the dragonite evo, 2 koffings, 1 weezing and supporters/items. Love the deck and have had great success with it, until today. After updating last night, today I played about 15 games, and in maybe 4 have I drawn a dratini before my third turn. Like I said I'd be shocked if anything changed related to this in the patch but has anyone else experienced such an awful run?
