Pokédex Card Useless?
As the title says, this card seems useless to me. Idk if newer sets in the tcg changed the pokedex, but I remember it being look at the top 5 cards in your deck and arrange them in any order. Obviously that would be busted in a 20 card format, but why is it just looking at the top 3 cards in pocket? Without the ability to place them in any order it feels kinda useless.
