Flair should stay active on the card at all times not just the throw down phase.
If I’m to flair up an EX and I have multiple copies then at least make it worth while to keep the effects on at all times during the battle , if not it feels kind of bad that the game ate my ex Charizard to see my flair for 1 second in battle
