Are income recertifications for existing PAYE participants going through?

I've been on PAYE for about a year. I had to recertify my income last week due to the upcoming annual deadline. Can I expect my payment to update or am I going to be stuck in some sort of forebearance/processing limbo? Has anyone successfully recertified their income on PAYE?
