Anyone have issues downloading games in background, while using HEN?

So, I attempted to start downloading some games from my very first account on the new system that I scored last week. After putting a few in the download in background option, they would finish up, but as soon as I go to check the main menu to do the second part of the install, when they’re in the tiny circle bubble, they would ultimately be gone… I’m not sure if it’s because I’m using HEN on the system or what?? I’m kinda at a loss. The system downloaded everything fine from the store, but only had this issue when attempting to download games or dlc expansions from background.

Just trying to figure out a workaround. If not I can always just avoid downloading in the background, but it’s obviously a nice feature to have.
