Game recommendations?

I recently got a ps3 to play Metal Gear Solid 4 and I know there's a lot of great ps3 era games but i basically havent played any because i kind of skipped over the ps3 era since i went straight from ps2 to pc. So, what games do you recommend I play? I like MGS series, soulsborne, racing games stuff like that. (i also already have Gran Turismo 5)
