Question about POTS

Hello everyone I need some insight on what exactly determines if you have POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)?I have been feeling nauseous when eating more than 3 bites and randomly and in waves, chest pains(near heart), numbness in my face (feels concentrated on my nose) and my heart rate jumps every time I sit/stand up(resting hr 70-90 jumps to 130-170). I have had these symptoms for about a month now. I have expressed my concerns to close family members and they have said it’s just anxiety but my husband thinks i should go get tested for POTS. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
