Does anyone deal with headaches?

I have had the classic symptoms of POTS my whole life such as fainting, dizziness, heat intolerance, etc. I recently decided to finally go to the doctor and get diagnosed. I saw a cardiologist who put me on Propranolol 20mg and will be seeing a neurologist in March. I also think I have the neuropathic aspect to my POTS. However, I recently have been getting bad headaches the past few months and I have never dealt with this symptom before ever. It pulsates in one particular spot and I have ice pick headaches throughout my head. I also deal with tension headaches in my forehead and face and nausea. Does anyone have this symptom from POTS and any recommendations on how to deal with it? Thank you!
