Productivity monitor vs Gaming Monitor

There is an AOC Q27B36 that is IPS 100Hz on Dynaquest for under 8K. QHD.

Then there are few 160Hz IPS Gaming monitor like Xitrix and Xiaomi.

For AAA QHD gaming, which is better quality? I don't play shooters. Most likely 60 FPS
