Any VPN that has a Philippine server?

I am having issues with lag spikes in all video games with PLDC even if my plan is 200mbps. I tried using a VPN and connected to Singapore and it solved all my network related issues but I couldn't play with my friends since they will get a higher ping. I am looking for a VPN that has a Philippine server, paid or free, since most VPN doesn't have a PH server. Thanks.
