Fraudulent transactions (Apple.com/bill itunes.com)

Hello po! I’m new to reddit, may nakita akong reddit post sa google na similar sa case ko pero 1 year ago pa yung post so I decided to install the app. I hope you could help me.

This just happened yesterday. I have an old phone na andun yung sim card na nakaregister sa lahat ng cards ko pero laging naka airplane mode dahil sa dami nang unknown numbers na tumatawag sakin araw araw. Tinanggal ko sa airplane mode ung phone ko dahil nagtry ako magcash in using my eastwest cc sa paymaya but it failed. Di ko naman inisip na may something kasi madalas mangyari sakin na nagfafail kapag nagcacash in. Tinry ko yung isa kong cc and pumasok. Just when I noticed na nakareceive ako ng dalawang texts from eastwest na ginamit yung cc ko at APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IRL worth P4990 each. Chineck ko agad yung email ko and a representative from eastwest emailed me 19hr ago that my cc was used & they temporarily locked my cc for security.

I emailed the bank right away and called them. The customer service informed me that there are 6 floating transactions with P4990 each, not two (dalawa lang nareceive kong confirmation text). The cs already filed the case & maghintay na lang daw ako ng email for dispute. Any advice po kung ano dapat ko pang gawin? Nabasa ko kasi sa isang post dito na nagreport din sila sa apple support para mas mapadali. Di ko alam ano contact ng apple support. Email po ba or tawag?

EDIT [Update] Nagtry ako ireport sa apple support pero wala kong maireport na unauthorized transactions, di nakareflect sa account ko yung purchases. I don’t know if the scammer used different apple id or di pa lang nagrereflect sa account ko yung transactions. Wala din kasing email from apple sakin regarding those purchases so I don’t think Apple can help?
