Metrobank Supplementary Card (Phone Interview)

Hello po, I applied for my 1st supplementary card po kay Metrobank via their email. They responded to expect a call from their official number (provided sa email), and di po sinabi kung kanino mag c-call. Asking lang po ako kung ano po possible questions ni metrobank kay supplementary cardholder? And if meron po kayong alam na cases na nad-decline application for supplementary card. I'm getting it for my sister po kasi, she's still a student. Thank you all!
