Most realistically written Persona characters?

Was considering the most realistically written Persona characters. Yukari and Junpei seem like the best candidates (and characters) in the modern games (haven’t played 1 or 2). Anyone have any thoughts?

I’d love to hear some opinions or hot takes pertaining to any entry

Side note: anyone feel that P3R kinda butchered the upperclassmen?
