What are your favorite low carb meals?
I’ve been working with a naturopath since mid December to treat my PCOS naturally and have already noticed a huge improvement in my symptoms especially during my period which is usually hell for me. I have been doing my best to eat low carb low sugar but find it a tad difficult. I’m CELIAC and DAIRY FREE so already have limited options. I’m not a fan of eggs I’ll eat them only scrambled but they give me the ick after a few days of eating them lol. I’m a sweet breakfast kinda girl (ie. muffins), eating something like bacon and eggs as my first meal just isn’t appetizing to me. I struggle most with what to eat for breakfast because I want something sweet but my options are limited.
What are some of your favorite breakfasts that are high in protein (something SWEET pls don’t tell me eggs I can’t stomach anything that’s salty or meat in the morning) and what are some of your favorite low carb snacks?
