How many supplements is too many supplements?
I constantly hear different people talking about how different supplements have helped managed their pcos without birth control meds.
slowly over the last few months my supplements list has been creeping up and i’m worried that it might affect my liver or be bad for me. surely one can’t have so many supplements every day, is there a limit to how many we should have? for instance I take: zinc, vitamin D, iron (low iron levels) + vit C, inositol, coq 10, apple cider, L glutamine, moringa, cod liver oil, turmeric… and a few others that i may not recall right now.
is this okay?
