I am so confused

Hi everybody! I need help. So, I just got bloodwork done and I had a very high DHEA number, a normal DHEA-S number, and a slightly elevated blood sugar. However, my estrogen was normal, and I have regular periods (they’re painful as hell but regular). I’ve gained a ton of weight in the last two years and am having a ton of trouble losing it. I’ve had ultrasounds and I don’t have any cysts on my ovaries. I do have a little extra hair growth on my mustache that I’ve been getting threaded for the last year and a half, but nothing excessive. Does this sound like PCOS or something else? I thought one had to have estrogen dominance and irregular periods to have PCOS, am I wrong about that?

Edit: also my testosterone was normal.
