No results?

I've been on Ozempic for 4 weeks. Last injection I used .50 ml. I have not seen any differences in anything! I don't have much of an appetite but I make healthy choices when I do eat. What am I doing wrong? (I didn't weigh myself before because to be honest I think that would have been extremely distressing).
