Tank counter picks

I am fairly new to OW2 Comp and have kinda gravitated towards tanks. Im currently in a state where Im bouncing back and forth between silver 1 and 2. Losing games and winning games. I think I need to learn some tank counter picks. Like which tank counters which tank. If anyone can help that would be great.
