How to deal with lifeweaver as lucio?

I'm a plat 1 lucio main and I've been trying to learn how to play into my counters and generally bad match ups. I think lifeweaver is easily my worst to play against. Especially a mercy/lifeweaver combo has me genuinely scratching my head. All of my knowledge on what to do gets thrown out the window.

• Target lifeweaver? His mobility+self-heal usually works and his m1 doesn't require aim so he'll keep healing while I'm trying to distract. If he gets low mercy will fly onto him. • Target mercy for some reason? Her insane mobility keeps her alive but if she gets low wifeleaver heals her up too. • Focus fire someone with my team? Both of those supports combined will keep anybody alive. If they do get low, lifeweaver grips them away. If he can't fast enough, mercy will rez them. • Focus fire a separate person? This sometimes works, but the grip+rez combo will usually help in a pinch.

I ask for advice when playing lucio, but advice for any support would be greatly appreciated. My 2nd most played is Ana, but I can play all the supports at a fundamental level.
