HUD Disappearing

Hello All! I'm am have an issue with Overwatch as I play. I keep running into the issue of my HUD disappear when I play in game! I don't understand why it's happening or what I can do to fix this, but tbh it's very grating because this has happened 4 times now and after the first time I've been getting penalized for something out of my control. I've only been playing Overwatch for a month now so I'm pretty new to this game. But I'm afraid that if this keeps happening I will be banned for leaving the game every single time this happens! I also don't like staying in game when the glitch happens cuz then I'll get yelled at by my teammates for inactivity! I even reset the game options back to it's default.
