OWL discontinued/shop skins?

Hello guys. I saw that the OWL coins won’t be for sale after Dec. 9 2024.

I know they unvaulted all these great skins and we can get them for the first time in awhile.

I read the article but I’m still a bit confused. Will skins like Wicked Moira, Royal Guard Mercy, Atlantis Mercy, Zhulong sombra, etc be converted to skins you can buy for gold? I’m just curious because if this is the last time I’ll ever see these skins I’ll def buy some OWL coins but if they will come back in 2025 for gold then I’ll just wait to buy. Thank you!
