Looking for Support

Hi friends! I posted a few months ago, but wanted to follow up/update you all :) I have dealt with daily low grade fevers, rashes, abdominal pain and recurrent infections (mainly kidney infections) for a few years ago and had a PET scan done in October which showed small hypermetabolic lymph nodes throughout my body and a 2.6 cm hypermetabolic lesion on my right ovary. I was referred to a GYN oncologist who brushed me and my symptoms off and said that if I was seriously ill I'd know it.........

So, I decided to advocate for myself and am seeing a Johns Hopkins oncologist this Thursday. Healthy people don't have fevers every day or have infections every few weeks that lead to countless hospital admissions. Something is really wrong and I am determined to figure out what's going on with my body. I deserve that and I encourage anyone else struggling to get a diagnosis to keep moving forward and pushing for the answers and diagnosis you rightfully DESERVE. I'll post again after my appointment :)
