Question about Orthopedic Doctors / Training.

Hi there - I have an appointment for my clavicle but the doctor I was scheduled to see specializes in hip and knee replacement. Should I reschedule or is this general enough that any orthopedic can treat. I suspect it's thoracic outlet syndrome. Thanks!
