Scared I won’t get into Uni

I’m in grade 11 atm, but I’m so scared my grades won’t match getting into University. I’m doing not so well in chemistry at the moment, and I’m scared if I take it over the summer most universities won’t let me join in. I really hope my grades will be good enough, no matter how hard I study, my efforts never match up. :/
