PHD in Oman

I am an expat and I'm wondering if anyone here done his/her PHD in Oman. I'm considering continuing my studies and obtaining a PHD, I'm just not sure it would be doable in Oman. For those who are currently doing /done their PHD in Oman, How was your experience -would you recommend it to others who are considering? Were you on full time or part time studies?
