What is better between these 2?

I’m interested in both these monitors. The LG UltraGear 32 would be open box “Excellent condition” the MSI would be brand new.

My current Pc with be a 5080 and a Ryzen 9800x3d

Is there a better Oled I should look into at 240hz or are these two the best?

Just looking for something that is around 1k but perfect.
