Oh god - contamination

So basically I'm making cake pops for my friends but last night when I was on the toilet I picked at at my vulva a bit , there was a spot on it , after doing so I washed my hands with 3 passes of soap , and another with a nail brush , and then this morning when I woke up to go and make them I washed my hands with 3 passes of soap and washed them 2 more times before I touched any of the cake mix . No nail brush though. I accidentally touched some of the cake with my fingers putting it into the bowl (I've put a little into the bowl , not the rest of it though) . Now I am worried that my vaginal particles are in the cake and my friends will eat them . Help ? I know this is ridiculous but at the same time I feel like maybe I shouldn't serve them now.
