Interview Exp: Primary Hospital (Province)

I just finished my first ever interview dito sa hospital 1 tricy away from my home.

3x interview 1st Nurse Supervisor -Age and from where -what preferred unit (they want me sa OR, kako okay lang sa akin) -She gave me tips sa pagsstart sa Nursing Service

2nd HR -Why did I choose their hospital -Do I have plans to go abroad -expected salary -weaknesses

3rd Hospital Administrator -Tell me about yourself -weaknesses -She discussed abt the salary offer -At the end she asked if gusto ko na mag sign ng contract or pagisipan ko muna, so kako pagisipan ko muna

They are very approachable and warm.

Salary Offer 530/8hrs (provincial rate: 480 minimum) 12hr shift (4-5 days/week) Govt benefits Sign in bonus of 5k Uniform allowance 13th month pay
