Contracts

I just recently passed the PNLE and I'm planning to take NCLEX this year sana. I really wanted to go to the US as soon as possible kasi may plano akong mag aral ng specialization doon. I know that the hardest thing with USRN journey is the waiting game for visa. As of now, I believe approx. 2 yrs ang pagitan ng current priority date. So nag p-plano sana akong by the time I'll pass my NCLEX (hopefully this year) is maghahanap na din ako ng employer. The thing is I got hired sa isang private hospital dito sa amin and may contract na 2 yrs. I was thinking na kaya parin siguro ng plan ko since may waiting game naman for visa (if ever I'll get hired sa US or through an agency). The problem is I am not sure if an employer will accept me knowing that I have an ongoing contract with another employer. Asking for help sana for those who are more well-versed in this type of situations kasi hindi ko talaga alam saan magtatanong. Thank you po!
