Mission that allows Nuclear Weapons

As the title says - is there a default mission that allows the use of nuclear weapons? It seems I've only been able to do this in free play.

Assuming I'll need to either create my own mission that "unrestricts" the use? Most times I look at the bomber, it just says nuclear weapons are restricted in the available default missions.
