Do men/women actually find male genitalia attractive? If not, what parts are the most attractive?

As a straight man I obviously am obsessed with breasts, ass, etc. but there's no real male equivalent in my eyes. If a guy isn't shredded there's not much to look at so what do people who find men attractive find attractive about their bodies?
