Are men more nonchalant about being inappropriately touched?

A massaeur recently touched my private part without prompting, asking if I wanted "extra service". I said no. I didn't escalate the situation, though I now wonder if I should have reported her

After speaking to my friends, I realized several men have been inappropriately touched, and they were nonchalant about it. One by a massaeur, one by a colleague, one by a relative

It almost felt like there was a mentality of "Who gives a damn? I am just a guy. So what if someone touched me without asking?"

I am curious if this is common among men
