The Unity is just as beautiful the second time. Now I know who want to be in this game.
Instead of starting a new character, I jumped through the Unity again to try to do the original project of four different playthroughs where I romance each of the available Constellation characters. I was expecting the experience to not be as magical as it was a first time. But somehow, when you walk in there, surrounded by the entire universe with an avatar of myself welcoming me, asking me how I feel about the life I've led, and showing me the impact I'll have in the universe I leave behind, was still emotionally unnerving and heartfelt, making me teary eyed when the credits rolled. Bethesda truly outdid themselves for this game with that "we're all Starstuff" Carl Sagan-style spiritualism.
For roleplaying, my character has concluded that her mission as a Starborn is to open the Unity and the Artifacts to all of mankind to choose freely what to do with it and its own destiny, beyond the grasp of powerful gatekeepers like the Hunter and the Emissary. Thus they both have to be defeated in each universe, using Starborn powers as a force for good in each universe.
