Hostile Subspace scan loop in Space Anomaly

Hello, returning player here who hasn't played in quite awhile. I appear to be stuck with 3 pirates sitting outside the Anomaly, whenever i get in my ship it spams the "Hostile Subspace Scan Failed". When i leave the Anomaly the pirates attack me, if i land on a planet they just keep attacking as long as I'm in my ship. Not quite sure what to do as they do pretty heavy damage and i only have basic weapons, plus I'm on permadeath. Anyone got an idea of what to do? Thanks!
