The Switch had them clicking their fingers. Could the Switch 2 make them clap?
Just my theory… but Nintendo kind of made the little finger click a part of the Switch brand during presentations. It fit. It’s was cheesy and very Nintendo.
The Switch 2 has magnetic joycons which you connect by bringing them together not from the top like the OG switch but from the sides.
My prediction is this motion of “clapping” the joycons together to pick up the screen will be replicated in the marketing and presentations and they’ll adopt a little two handed clap as their new presentation transition. Let me know if I was wrong in a day or so. ;)
