Which skateboard wheels should I get?

Which wheels should I pick? I like to do skate tricks, ride ramps. I dont like soft wheels because I ride in a skate park, I dont want wheels too grippy, not too big so I dont get wheelbite...). On my skate I have 56mm wheels but they just seem too big. I have tried my friends skate and I think that he has 52mm wheels. So im looking to get 52mm or either 53mm wheels. I dont know which hardness should I pick. I will mostly be doing tricks like shuvs, ollies, kickflips, grinding ramps... Could anyone help me pick new wheels?
