The email confirmation will not show up

So by my last post I figured out that I had to have an account with neural and ilok and to link the accounts through neural. I tried that and I put in my info and I clicked the link ilok account, and it told me that there would be an email confirmation to my email. I tried this multiple times and nothing showed up. I am 100% positive that I am using the right email. Did anyone else have the same problem?
