Cheat codes wont show up

When i talk to the chief engineer to view what cheat codes i have, nothing shows up. It says I have 3/199 unlocked, but nothing will show up. I have tried going to a new page to maybe see if they are on a different page, but none of the buttons i press do anything. I am on a Ps5 btw.
