Finishing back from Haleigh Hall Knight

I just received my order that was sent on January 4th. Like I guessed - not a single item is comparable to the previous finishing I had done by HHK. It’s extremely disappointing to me. The amount of work I put into these and for them to be treated this way makes me sick. Also no year charms THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR - No embroidery THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. I asked for my items back UNFINISHED to avoid a disaster like this.
