Help with thin/not growing spot

I’ve have this thin spot on my right corner. I’m not thinning or losing hair. I’ve had this spot my whole life, my mother and grandmother actually have the same spot. It’s just thin and doesn’t grow long, you couldn’t notice it when I had waves. The last slide is the left side and it’s full and thick. Wondering if there’s a way to fix it.
