Has anyone here experienced insomnia or nightmares after being a victim of narcissistic abuse?

Has anyone here experienced insomnia after being a victim of narcissistic abuse? This has been happening to me for the past week now even though my narcissist has discarded me 3 weeks ago and I blocked him.
