80s or 90s song that has humming

Hey! Hoping someone can help me with this one.

This is a song that I’ve heard a few times, on the radio for sure, from the 70s-90s, sung by a male, that has low humming after the chorus ‘mmm mm mmm’ a pause from the singer ‘’mmm mm mmm’. The humming is harmonized.

The song is a bit heavier than Holiday Road by Lindsey Buckingham but has a similar feel. It could also be compared to The Way by Fastball but more roadtrippy.

The song could probably be classified as rock or alternative? Not country, or hip hop for sure. It’s an upbeat song.

Unfortunately I do not remember any of the words, just the humming.
