International Applicant Question regarding SAT

I have applied for NTU for 2025 and attached my SAT report during my application. Should I still send the official scores through CollgeBoard or would this suffice? [1380 SAT]

I have a 97.6 in my 10, 99.3 in my 11, and expecting 98+ in my 12. I am from India. What are the odds of me getting in ? ( First choice CS)
