Questions regarding Video Game Plus (VGP)

Hi there guys, long time lurker, first time poster here. Got a question regarding my purchase from VGP which I have asked their customer support, but was not provided with satisfactory answer

Just bought a few games from them, and the courier appointed is APC Postal, it says they're awaiting the package from VGP, and it has been like that for 7 days now, is this normal?

Also, I hope there are members from Malaysia here, cause i'd like to know, will I get taxed from the customs department by importing from VGP to Malaysia? I paid around 95 CAD for my order.
